Caitlin Escobedo
Hi, I am a Parent Educator, Montessori Guide, and Doula. But before any of that, I am a partner to Matt (who is an educator as well) and Elle’s mom. Elle just turned three, which means our days are full of singing, dancing, creating, and plenty of time outside. Life with a toddler has taught me more about patience, joy, and flexibility than any training ever could.
I like to call myself the queen of chaos—but also the chaos coordinator. In our house, you’ll find flour on the counter from baking projects, music playing loud while we dance in the kitchen, and probably a set of dice somewhere from my latest Dungeons & Dragons campaign. And when I do finally sit down? Chances are I’m watching The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.
My professional journey started in Montessori classrooms, where I discovered the power of slowing down, observing, and truly seeing children for who they are. Over time, I realized parents needed just as much support as their little ones—especially in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. That’s what led me into birth work and parent education: weaving together Montessori principles with doula support so parents feel confident, cared for, and less alone in the most tender season of life.
At the heart of it all, my work is about this: making sure parents feel held while they learn to hold their children. You don’t have to do it all on your own—and I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you grow your family.
I am a certified Birth Doula & Childbirth Educator through BEST Doula Training.
I also have my 0-3 Infant/Toddler Teaching Certification through the American Montessori Society.
